It’s Taboo, Lets Talk 

Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects ​how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to ​others, and make choices.

Come to our workshops to become more aware of mental health issues that affect ​the community. Also find helpful resources to assist you with your own or a loved ​one's mental wellness.

Gender Base Violence

Violence is not specific to one gender or type. It can be done amongst all genders. ​Whether it is domestic violence, sex abuse, intimate partner violence, elder abuse or ​child abuse. Come to our workshops and find out more about different forms of ​abuse and resources to contact for help.

Marriage

Marriage is a wonderful union between two individuals. However, have you prepared ​yourself to be someones partner? Learn different tips and tricks to find out if your ​ready for marriage, and if your partner to be is ready for you?

Sex/Genital Health Education

Sex education is imperative to the livelyhood of our society , and understanding safe ​sex, birth control and help martial relations is the key.

Substance Abuse

Substance Abuse affects many in the community and we provide workshops on ​awareness, and provide referral and services to help those struggling with this ​addiction.

Green cooking classes for our youths

A FREE 6 week Cooking program for children ages 13 to 17 Our Young Chefz programs is a FREE virtual or in-person cooking experience for all Staten Island Youths. The program will entail a weekly cooking activity, utilizing plant/fruit-based recipes led by a participant. In-person ​activities will involve community engagement and beautification. The program will be monitored by adults.

sports experience initiative

Experience the thrill as youth participants got a hands-on introduction to the exciting world of archery. This highlight video captures the energy, focus, and fun as they took aim, learned techniques, and built confidence through sport.
